If an animal has arrived DOA or becomes sick within 15 days of delivery, please contact us immediately. We take great care of our animals and we ensure all geckos and feeders will arrive alive and healthy. It is very rare for an animal to arrive DOA or become sick. If this does happen, please provide us a photo of the deceased or sick animal. If we suspect fraud, no refund will be given. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
